Profile Statuses

The profile status flow varies based on the onboarding option used by your platform.

For platforms using Option 1 – Fully integrated onboarding, the status flow is as follows:


Active	Profile is approved and active. Profile can transact.
Inactive	Profile inactive, was deactivated. This profile cannot transact. Inactive is a final status.
Pending	Profile is under review or waiting for information from client. Profile cannot make payouts.
Rejected	Profile is rejected and not approved. This profile cannot transact. Rejected is a final status.

For platforms utilising Option 2 – Platform onboarding, the status flow is more straightforward:

Upon creating a new identity, a corresponding profile is automatically generated and set to “Active”.

Profile statuses can be viewed in the client front-end application or retrieved through the Get Profile API.

Identity details are exclusively accessible via theGet Identity API and are not available in the client front-end application.
